What went wrong?
Real Wiimote doesn't work anymore

What did you expect to happen?
Real Wiimote to work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Start the game, when you get to the main game menu the Wiimote is already disconnected, if you reconnect it with ALT+F5 it stays connected for 5-6 seconds then it gets disconnected again...try again to reconnect but always only 5 seconds then gets disconnected again and again and again...
If you disable the Speaker in the Dolphin Wiimote options the Wiimote still gets always disconnected in 5-6 seconds and furthermore the pointer goes crazy.

Emulator - Emulator Issues #5910 (Fixed): LLE audio problems starting with revision 3.5-170https://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/issues/59102013-01-17T18:32:31Zhatarumoroboshihatarumoroboshi@hotmail.com

Game Name:
Many games, for example Sonic Heroes, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles, Wii Sports and so on...but the most noticeable is Rune Factory Tides of Destiny (very disturbed sound).

Game ID:
As I wrote, it affects many games, the most noticeable is Rune Factory TOD (SO3EE9)

What went wrong?
LLE audio had a regression: there's a lot of crackling, static and so on more or less in many games even at 100% speed.

What did you expect to happen?
To have smooth audio

What steps will reproduce the problem?
select LLE audio option, then start a game

Dolphin Version:
Dolphin 3.5-268 32-bit

Did the game ever work correctly?
Last working is revision 3ebe0718b8fde3d1acedb1840c5c8fe44625e8fd (aka 3.5-169).
Problem starts with revision 7bf72a6c8476 (aka 3.5-170)

Operating System and version:
Windows XP SP3 32-bit

Any other relevant information:
Soundcard: Sblaster Xfii gamer

Note that HLE also crackles in GC games (much less than this) but that's due to the new AX-HLE merge.

Emulator - Emulator Issues #5714 (Won't fix): [D3D9] Resizing window problem using Dx9 pluginhttps://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/issues/57142012-11-18T17:26:51Zhatarumoroboshihatarumoroboshi@hotmail.com

1) Game Name and ID (as it appears in right click > properties: "GZ2P01",
"RSBE01", etc):
many games (Batman Vengeance and Tales of Symphonia for example)

2) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to stretch the window or go full screen without graphic glitches using Dx9 plugin.

3) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on an
earlier version of dolphin? Please specify the exact revision when the
problem began.
The resizing of the window works correctly until r 3.0-97 included.
With r 3.0-135 (new shaderchache uids) you get the bug using the Dx9 plugin.
I couldn't find any revision between r3.0-97 and r3.0-135 (I think the gap is all covered by the shadercache merge)

4) What steps will reproduce the problem?

Start for example Batman Vengeance (GC - GBVE41)

Try to resize the game window or go full screen (ALT+ENTER)

Watch a multicolor image instead of the game image (see attached links) - for other games it can be messed up letters (Metroid Prime) or a completely white screen (Tales of Symphonia)

5) What version of dolphin are you using (32bit/64bit along with the
version as it appears in the title bar, etc)? Do not say 'latest version'
this changes multiple times a day.
On what operating system, drivers, and hardware? Be sure to list OS,
graphics driver information, and video card model if you are having
graphics problems, for example.
r 3.0-831 on WinXP 32-bit, e8400, Amd 4850

6) Please provide any additional information below.
OpenGL isn't affected (don't know about Dx11 since I'm on WinXP)
With Batman Vengeance and Tales of Symphonia when you resize the window you get the bug and never get back to normal behaviour, with other games instead (like Metroid Prime for example) you get the bug but then after some screen images you come back to normal behaviour.
Some other games aren't affected at all.

Emulator - Emulator Issues #5672 (Fixed): [Enhancement] add a latency sliding bar to the audio menuhttps://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/issues/56722012-10-26T13:11:53Zhatarumoroboshihatarumoroboshi@hotmail.com

Since the sound in Dolphin (especially using LLE Dsound) has often a bit of delay (even at full-speed), I would suggest, if possible, to add a latency sliding bar in the audio menu in order to adjust the sound latency (something like the one available in the SPU-2-X plugin menu for PCSX2).

"RSBE01", etc):
Another Code: R (RNOP01)

2) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is to zoom in and out from the interaction of objects without doubling the image.

3) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on an
earlier version of dolphin? Please specify the exact revision when the
problem began.
The game woked correctly before the gx-optimization branch merge Revision cf69e7ca8ad7 (r3.0-651). This revision broke completely the game (always double image) and then revision bfde41895f52 (r3.0-682) fixed completely the issue only for OpenGL, because using DX9 plugin instead the problem still shows up when you interact with objects.

4) What steps will reproduce the problem?

Select DX9 plugin

Launch and start the game

interact whit the first object you find

5) What version of dolphin are you using (32bit/64bit along with the
"RSBE01", etc):
The Legend of Zelda: the Wind Waker - GZLE01

2) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to start the game with every audio plugin setting, instead using LLE + Xaudio2 (32000 and 48000 hz) and Dsound (only 32000) the game crashes at the first or second introduction "movie" with the message ERROR:COMPILING AT 0. LR=00000000 CTR=803226b4

3) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on an
earlier version of dolphin? Please specify the exact revision when the
problem began.
Not easy to tell...seems that r3.0-555 works fine while r3.0-583 is broken, but I still need some more time to find out the exact revision that caused this issue.

4) What steps will reproduce the problem?

launch the game

go through the first introduction, if it doesn't already crash start a new game, watch the second introduction and here you'll get the message ERROR:COMPILING AT 0. LR=00000000 CTR=803226b4

6) Please provide any additional information below.

HLE doesn't seem to be affected.
Usng LLE, DSound with 48000 hz is the only safe plugin setting (doesn't seem to be affected as well)...the problem is reproducible especially when using the AUDIO framelimiter, the AUTO frameliter seems to lessen a bit the probability of the error.

Emulator - Emulator Issues #5379 (Duplicate): Brightness control broken in Pandora's Towerhttps://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/issues/53792012-04-21T21:53:17Zhatarumoroboshihatarumoroboshi@hotmail.com

Since in many games (if not every) the in-game brightness control level doesn't work (for example see Pandora's Tower, where there's too much brightness and lowering it in-game doesn't do anything), it may be useful to have a working slide bar in Dolphin that emulates this option (Don't know if it is possible to implement this feature, but I hope so).

Emulator - Emulator Issues #5190 (Duplicate): [Suggestion] Fast Mipmaps default settinghttps://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/issues/51902012-02-04T16:32:33Zhatarumoroboshihatarumoroboshi@hotmail.com

The option "Fast Mipmaps" in the Hacks section of video configuration is enabled by default, but it causes some glitches (at least on Ati/Amd video cards) in Metroid Prime (no falling snow), in Zelda Twilight Princess (no light beam), in Mario Kart Wii (blurred road) and maybe in other games as well...so wouldn't it be safer to have the "Fast Mipmaps" option unticked by default?

Emulator - Emulator Issues #5050 (Fixed): System timing causing hanginghttps://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/issues/50502011-12-04T19:01:16Zhatarumoroboshihatarumoroboshi@hotmail.com

1) Game Name and ID (as it appears in right click > properties: "GZ2P01",
"RSBE01", etc):
Wii Party - SUPJ01

2) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After completing a minigame you expect that the 2 options to "exit to menu" or "play again" would show up on screen, instead they don't and the game hangs with 0 fps.

3) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on an
earlier version of dolphin? Please specify the exact revision when the
problem began.
Since r3.0-153 (Revision 59072adc32bf) included, the 2 icons showed up correctly.
From the first revision available after it that is r3.0-157 (Revision 0ceb3cba36a9) they no more show up.
Unfortunately I couldn't find any revision between r3.0-153 and r3.0-157 to test.

4) What steps will reproduce the problem?

Launch the game

go to the minigame selection

select 1 to 4 free play game and then select 1 player, then 4 player minigame

select a minigame

finish the minigame and on the "podium" screen press A to get stuck with 0 fps

5) What version of dolphin are you using (32bit/64bit along with the
version as it appears in the title bar, etc)?
On what operating system, drivers, and hardware? Be sure to list OS,
graphics driver information, and video card model if you are having
graphics problems, for example.
Now I'm using r3.0-220 32-bit (Revision 575814895c05) that has the same problem and my system is WindowsXP SP3 32-bit, Intel E8400, Amd hd4850 using both DX9 and OpenGL

6) Please provide any additional information below.
In the past this problem showed up somewhat randomly and rarely (only sometimes the icon didn't appear, not always), while in latest revision until r3.0-153 included seemed to me to have completely gone away.
Instead starting with r3.0-157 (maybe 3.0-154?) it always appears: when you finish a minigame the two pink icon won't ever appear anymore.

Emulator - Emulator Issues #5006 (Duplicate): Wii Sports messed up HLE music and random crashes (...https://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/issues/50062011-11-19T14:14:37Zhatarumoroboshihatarumoroboshi@hotmail.com

1) Game Name and ID (as it appears in right click > properties: "GZ2P01",
"RSBE01", etc):
WII SPORTS - RSPE01

2) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to listen to the normal HLE DSound music of the first "press A and B" title screen in Wii Sports, insted the music sometimes crackles, sometimes gets out of synch (some instruments seem to play faster or slower) and sometimes loops. The game also sometimes crashes with the message "the memory could not be read" (let's say it crashes 1 time on 4 tries).

3) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on an
earlier version of dolphin? Please specify the exact revision when the
problem began.
Works correctly until Revision 7f055d6b568c (r3.0-198) included, from Revision 3d2a2abb49df (r3.0-199) starts the DSound problem.

4) What steps will reproduce the problem?

Make sure you're using DSound audio plugin (XAudio2 isn't affected) and launch the game

skip the standard Wiimote instruction screen and listen to the music of the "press A and B" title screen

The music gets "corrupted" (immediately or after some time) and the game might even crash

5) What version of dolphin are you using (32bit/64bit along with the
version as it appears in the title bar, etc)?
On what operating system, drivers, and hardware? Be sure to list OS,
graphics driver information, and video card model if you are having
graphics problems, for example.
I'm using r3.0-201 32-bit Revison cc6f90c7d5d5 (that has the same problem) with DSound audio (48000 or 32000 hz) and DX9 or OpenGL; my system is E8400, Ati hd4850, Soundblaster X-Fi on WINDOWS XP 32-bit

6) Please provide any additional information below.
In-game there are never experenced before HLE sound problems using DSound plugin and crashes with "memory could not be read" too.
XAudio2 doesn't seem to be affected by this problem like LLE with both plugins.

7) Attachments. IMPORTANT! We have a limited storage quota on
GoogleCode, so please use a 3rd party host for screenshots or any other
files (http://min.us/ for example).
If you want I can attach an image of the game crashing, but I think it's not necessary.

Emulator - Emulator Issues #4969 (Fixed): Choppy/slow videos in some games due to Revision 3d2a2a...https://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/issues/49692011-11-04T21:53:50Zhatarumoroboshihatarumoroboshi@hotmail.com

1) Game Name and ID (as it appears in right click > properties: "GZ2P01",
"RSBE01", etc): Batman Begins (GINE69) and Disaster Day of crisis (RDZP01)

2) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see smooth intro-videos like it was before Revision 3d2a2abb49df (r3.0-199), instead I see videos that play at almost half speed (40 fps instead of 60 in Batman Begins) and 15 instead of 25 in Disaster Day of Crysis) and with cutting sound (in a similar way to when you use LLE instead of HLE and get super slow downs)

3) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on an
earlier version of dolphin? Please specify the exact revision when the
problem began.
Videos worked perfectly until Revision 7f055d6b568c (3.0-198) included.

4) What steps will reproduce the problem?

Boot the game

Start a new game in the menu

The intro video is very choppy and slow with cutting off audio.

5) What version of dolphin are you using (32bit/64bit along with the
version as it appears in the title bar, etc)?
On what operating system, drivers, and hardware? Be sure to list OS,
graphics problems, for example.
Revision 3d2a2abb49df (r3.0-199 32-bit) on Windows XP 32-bit, e8400, Ati hd4850

6) Please provide any additional information below.
The problem affects only Jit recompiler, JitIL isn't affected and still plays the videos smoothly and at full speed.
I suspect that some sort of "bug" was introduced in Jit with r3.0-199.

1) Game Name and ID (as it appears in right click > properties: "GZ2P01",
"RSBE01", etc): Xenoblade Chronicles - SX4P01

2) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
During the intro of a new game (cut-scene) at a certain point, a lot of panic handlers with the message DSI exception in stmw and DSI exception in lmw come out, then the game crashes.

3) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on an
earlier version of dolphin? Please specify the exact revision when the
problem began.
The intro works correctly with r3.0-71 (Revision c0dd84cf7d04); problem starts with r3.0-77 (see below "additional information") and r3.0-79 (revision 8b8e60c2767d)

4) What steps will reproduce the problem?

Launch the game

Select new game

Wait till the error message comes out (always at the same point, in the middle of the intro cut-scene when the main carachter comes out and runs against the machines)

Worked on r3.0-67 (a5a2562e5900) but doesn't work anymore with adef86c1ef29 (I tried with the new shader cache version beta r3.0-94 and it doesn't work, so it may be this that caused the problem)

4) What steps will reproduce the problem?

Tested with Donkey Kong Country Return (of course on LLE DSP): with the speaker enabled you hear the sound effects supposed to come from the Wiimote speaker and then when you disable the speaker in the game properties you would expect to not here any sound anymore from the speaker, instead you still hear some sound effects (like not every Speaker function has been disabled).
The same happens in Wii Sports.

If you select XAudio2 in the DSP tab and then exit (save), the option doesn't get saved because when you re-enter in the DSP tab DSound is still selected.
