Game Flickers without Virtual XFB or Real XFB Enabled. Needs one or the other.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Somehow have the desire to play this game in Dolphin.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

Any revision up until whoever fixes the config. Or Hybrid XFB gets merged.
