You need to fill in the issue report completely. What are the steps for reproducing the issue? (Most of us probably don't know anything about this game, so we don't know how to trigger "character load".) What's the MD5 of the disc image? Which version of Dolphin are you using?

More important: Which device are you testing on? Does this also happen on the cached interpreter? Does this also happen on the video software backend?

Does happen in cached interpreter, but slower.
NO video output on software backend, only sound.
...Interesting output on Vulkan. Still hardlocks.
