Description
Possibly a temporary issue, but attempting to register an account on the Dolphin forums produces the following error after clicking agree to the terms: "Fatal error: 'continue' not in the 'loop' or 'switch' context in /home/dolphin-emu/apps/forums/inc/class_captcha.php on line 277"
Tested in Pale Moon, Firefox, and Chrome on Windows 7.

TBF its not fixed, just worked around - Shonumi disabled the Captcha until someone who has server access can fix the file.

Yeah, the underlying problem isn't fixed, but registration works again now.
