Narrowed profile dropdown in Dolphin's controller configuration window

Description
Initially the profile dropdown width will look normal, but when turning on a controller (Xbox One S controller here) and refresh the device list, the longer device name will appear in device dropdown, appears cut-off. By restarting Dolphin it will refresh the dropdown width to accommodate the long device names but it's sacrificing the width of profile's dropdown instead.
Happens in 5.0-1379 and afterwards on Windows 10.

It appears that in pre-5.0-1379 the config window will be stretched to accommodate the long names in device list, which IMO is way better than sacrificing the width of profile's dropdown.

The long name cut-off seems to be a thing pre-5.0-922, and I've discovered that device with long name wasn't there before 5.0-885, I don't mind to see it go actually, it's cluttering up the device list.

^ on 5.0-922 and before, not "pre-5.0-922", meant to say "pre-5.0-939" but "on 5.0-922 and before" also works.
