What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
Attempting to scan some objects with the scan visor will result the scan visor trying to target something else (e.g. trying to scan the switch for an elevator will make the game try and scan the door on the other end of the room).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Trying to scan some objects or enemies will reproduce the problem. Not all objects have this issue, though, as shown in the video.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?
This bug was caused by the revision in Dolphin 5.0-3322, specifically. There are no issues with 5.0-3318 and other previous versions.
What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

This error occurs whether or not "Send EFB Copies to Texture Only" is enabled.
