Description
You can now minimize Dolphin and the game screen separately, but not Dolphin and the Fifo player.
Being able to minimize Dolphin while just having the Fifo player and the game screen open would reduce clutter and make things easier.

It is solved since Dolphin moved to QT

Decidedly not solved in master, but it's one of the things that is fixed in https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/9540 (I'm glad I'm not the only one who was annoyed by the old/current behavior).
