Description

I downloaded the latest version of Dolphin, 5.0-3536, unzipped it, opened it and received the error message.

Closing and reopening just produced the same error every time. Re downloading it fixed the problem.

This has also happened sporadically with earlier versions.

My best guess here is you are trying to open the emulator from within the compressed file...

I never had this happen ever except when accidently opening from the zip/7z file.

I definitely unzipped it.

Something must've gone wrong with the download or extracting the first time. This isn't likely to be a problem with Dolphin itself.
