What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
After starting the game, text is missing on the "Warning - health and safety" screen.
This happens with all languages and only with Vulkan.
OGL/DX11/DX12 tested and looks fine.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

Try switching off "Fast Depth Calculation" under Graphics - Hacks.
This makes the text appear for me.
(BTW, with "Fast Depth Calculation" on and internal resolution greater than native (3x), the text vanishes completely.)

Deactivate "Fast Depth Calculation" does fix it for me too.
If "Fast Depth Calculation" is active:
1x Nativ: Left side of the text "Press any button to continue" is missing.
1.5x Nativ: No text missing. Looks fine!
2x Nativ: No text missing. Looks fine!
2.5x Nativ: No text missing. Looks fine!
3x Nativ: Compete Text "Press any button to continue" is missing.
4x Nativ: No text missing. Looks fine!
5x Nativ: Left side of the text "Press any button to continue" is missing.
6x Nativ: No text missing. Looks fine!
7x Nativ: No text missing. Looks fine!
8x Nativ: No text missing. Looks fine!
used Dolphin 5.0-3708 with Vulkan
Also checked OGL and DX11 with different nativ resolutions without any problems.
