Scrolling the game list to the right causes glitching

Description
Scrolling the game list to the right, then scrolling it back causes red glitches to appear on the GameCube symbol.
Mousing over each game fixes the issue.

Can you please tell us your specs, specifically your GPU, driver version, and whether or not games boot properly in the Direct3D 11 backend?

Those "red glitches" look like the flag of Japan to me. I wonder how that managed to end up in the platform column...

I did some testing.
The bug came with 5.0-3550 (Refactor GameListCtrl)
Oder versions look fine.
5.0-3550 is also the first version where it is possible to scroll to left and right.

Reproduced. (I didn't try reproducing the bisect, but 5.0-3550 makes sense.)

I am sorry, but 3.0-3550 was not the start of the regression.
By default the columns for the gamelist are wider since this version. So it is easier to see the bug.
But if you use an older version you have the same bug if you make a column wider by yourself and scroll to the right.
I did some more testing and now i am sure it starts with 5.0-211 (Externals: Update wxWidgets to 3.1.0).

Seems to be Windows only. Can reproduce on Windows 10.

Qt Move has fixed this as I can scroll my gamelist wherever I want now.
