What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
Taiko no Tatsujin slows down to 70% or less with external keyboard devices attached (USB, Bluetooth, or ControllerMate’s virtual device). When I unplug those devices, it goes to 100% speed.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Plug in USB keyboard
(2) Start Taiko
(3) Reel in horror
(4) Unplug keyboard
(5) Everything becomes groovy
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
5.0/3482 has the problem. The older version I had installed did this too.
What are your PC specifications?
Macbook Pro 15", 2016, with Radeon R9, running Sierra

Unable to reproduce on my mid-2012 MacBook Pro 13in (macOS 10.12.14).
Can someone else with a Mac try to reproduce this strange bug?
@yhp if you can provide any addition details, please do!
^ Also, if you go to [username]\library\application support\Dolphin, and rename the Config folder to reset Dolphin's settings temporarily. Now run the game with changing nothing - does it still do it?

Can't reproduce either on a mid 2015 MacBook Pro on MacOS 10.12.4

Our gamepad input situation is much different on macOS now. This is almost certainly resolved. Will re-open upon request.
