Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Play Wind Waker with dual-core enabled.
  2. Progress until Forest Haven.
  3. Enter the room with the Great Deku Tree.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected is the same speed (or better) experienced in the same area without
dual-core. Instead, you get some pretty serious performance issues.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r3494 64-bit, Windows 7 RC1

Please provide any additional information below.
Performance appears to take a major hit (reduction to a frame per second)
when looking at foliage such as grass in the area. Single-core seems to be
invulnerable to it. A majority of the game runs at full speed on dual core
mode.

The grass will add more polys to the scene, the best way to take of this is to really
optimize the vertex loaders.
