Touch screen controls do not respond.

Description
I'm running Android 7.0 build 5.0-3617 on my s7 edge. The Rom boots up just fine but I am unable to get past the start screen due to the touch screen controls not responding not a single one does anything. I have tried to reinstall the program 4 times I also tried to re scale the controls and move them around still nothing. I'm stumped I posted this on the normal forum first but got zero responses so I figuredto go directly to the source to report this bug.

At the moment Luigi's Mansion. And the default on screen controls.

I got not even the slightest idea why I'm still having this problem. I also have reported it on the bug report. Still waiting I hope some one will come out of the wood works and give me a hand on this.

i am also have some problem with the touchscreen button but only on wii mode, before is ok but when i do make some edit layout of the button suddenly this problem happening... on gc mode all is fine, sorry for my bad english

my phone is xiaomi mi5s using 5.0-6197 buid, please someone help for the solution ? T-T... thanks before

i already tried and success, just wanna help with my bad english...
- delete the dolphin folder in ur android storage via any file explorer application
- uninstall ( clear data and clear cache also ) the apk
- install dolphin apk v.4.0-8233
- then install again the dolphin apk v.5-06064 ( i make setting the controller and other dolphin.ini setting in this version )
- then i make install again with apk v.5-06197
- the wii touchscreen controller is working now. :)

Found a fix for newer Dolphin builds with unresponsive touch controls. Go to /sdcard/dolphin-emu/Config/Dolphin.ini, edit as text file, find SIDevice0 = 0 and change it to SIDevice0 = 6.
Works on Essential Phone Stock Android 8.1 with Dolphin Emu build 5.0-8199.
