What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Rendering okay in Native resolution
In higher resolution need disable Vertex rounding because missing effects or glitches when is enabled vertex rounding broken resize pixels.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Enable Vertex rounding in higher resolutions also happen in "auto".

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?**

I tried latest git 5.0-3785 in this moment.

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

But isn't it logical that this happens when IR is set to Auto? if I understand correctly dolphin then automatically selects a IR closest to your chosen (fullscreen) resolution, thus usually it will upscale the screen causing the bug to happen? (unless you have a 640x528 resolution screen or have selected 640x480 as fullscreen res.)

They tested at 2x as well. Same issue.

Yes I tried 2x resolution same issue

in others games has similars problems i.e Mario galaxy 2 has this glitch when Vertex rounding enabled
