Dolphin "Publisher" field reverted to "Unknown Publisher"

Description
Since 5.0-3897 (Migrate to Visual Studio 2017.), Dolphin's Publisher field has become "Unknown Publisher" again. In 5.0-3896 (GeckoCode: install code handler even if no codes are activated), the publisher was "Open Source Developer, Pierre Bourdon"
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?
5.0-3897: "Unknown Publisher"

Certum changed their policies and now require an HSM for any code of code signing. Because of that I disabled code signing.
