What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Some of the writings in the game are very glitchy, but they come back to normal when making the show a second time (for example if in the stadium selection i select Rolland Garros and it's glitched, if i go to Wimbledon, then come back to Rolland Garros, it's normal)

Also during the match, the cinematics are very blurry, and there is a tiny little black band in the middle of the screen

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Playing any match or going through the menu

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

I tried with 5.0-4088, the tried once again with 5.0 and both produce the exact same issue

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

CPU: I5 4570
GPU: AMD R9 280
OS: Windows 10 (insider)

Graphics drive are pretty much up to date

Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)

I did put some screenshot

It's also worth mentionning that i tried with OpenGL, DX11 and Vulkan, all three have the same issue

Yes, it does help for the text problem, but the cutscenes are still blurry :-)
