Description

Game Name?

Tony Hawk's Underground

Game ID?

GTDE52

MD5 Hash?

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Pre-rendered videos in Tony Hawk's Underground don't play at a stable 30fps. Instead, they bounce around between first slowing down to around 25fps, and then will fast forward at 40fps to where it's supposed to be to make up for the lag. The sound also speeds up and slows down to match as this happens. This only affects some of the videos though. For example, the Bails 1 video and Activision splash work fine, but the Neversoft logo and intro video after it are affected.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Start game, press start to skip Activison splash, then watch the Neversoft logo and intro video and see them slow down and speed up.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

This problem's always existed as far as I know. It's happening in master (5.0-4225), and also happened all the way back in 4.0; I downloaded it again to check.

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

Intel Core i3-3220 @ 3.3GHz, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060, Windows 10

If I recall correctly, this is a known problem caused by the emulated CPU speed being inaccurate. As a workaround, you can set the CPU clock override to a higher value (but this is not a proper solution).
