What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
The banner and description for Capcom vs. SNK 2 EO in the game list and in game preferences have stopped working after 5.0-4478. Only this game is affected out of the ones I have, the rest of the list seems fine.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?
5.0-4472 works, 5.0-4478 and 5.0-4480 do not.
Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)

Please use View > Purge Game List Cache in 5.0-4472. Does it still work after that?

Good idea, you're right, it doesn't. So it's an older issue but my gamelist just didn't refresh until it was changed in 4478.

Please check which version broke it. You might want to check 5.0-4353 first, because that version did a major overhaul of code that's used for loading this data.

That's the one. 5.0-4337 works, and 5.0-4353 doesn't. I ran both and purged 3 or 4 times to make sure.

Please download this PR build: https://dl.dolphin-emu.org/prs/pr-5651-dolphin-latest-x64.7z
In that build, go to the filesystem tab of the game properties, right-click on the disc (the top-most item), and pick Extract System Data. Select a folder to put the system data in, then upload the /sys/fst.bin file that it will create.

- Regression start set to 5.0-4353

Yep, that PR solves the issue for me. The banner and description display fine again in that build.
