What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

When recording a DTM file, the in game resolution will stretch a 4:3 picture into a 16:9 box, even if Dolphin is configured for 16:9 output.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1) Set aspect ratio to 16:9 in Wii settings
2) Record DTM file

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

5.0-4482, but variations of this issue have been occurring since at least 5.0 according to reports from other users.

Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)

Ah nope, never mind. The widescreen setting is never saved to/loaded from the DTM, and the NAND isn't saved in DTMs either, so...
