There's not enough information in this report for me to accept this.

Regarding 4:3, you have to set that in the Config/Wii menu. Videos may be fixed by using RealXFB, or could be a driver problem, but you didn't put enough information for me to tell.

No thumbs in dolphin interface makes no sense to me, sorry.

  1. Try setting XFB to Real. If that doesn't work, try disabling some other hack settings in Dolphin.

  2. Does it look incorrect when Wii > Aspect Ratio is set to 16:9 but looks correct when it's set to 4:3?

  3. Icons for Wii games will only be displayed if you have a save file for the game.

    XFB to real change nothing

yes. Dolphn does not detect correct game ratio?

  3. Icons for Wii games will only be displayed if you have a save file for the game.
This game does not provide save file.

  1. Does disabling "Store EFB Copies to Texture Only" or "Skip EFB Access from CPU" help? If not, does setting the texture cache accuracy to Safe help?

  2. Dolphin uses a correct aspect ratio automatically, except in games that don't support 16:9. Based on what you've said, this is one of those games. However, if we add a game INI that says that this game doesn't support 16:9, Dolphin will be able to use the correct aspect ratio automatically even for this game. I've done that in https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/5760 now.

  3. Then there is no suitable icon that we can display.

  1. only "setting the texture cache accuracy to Safe" resolves the video play bug.
If you want, I can capture the video play bug.

  2. Nice job!

  3. is it possible to add manually an icon for this game?

  1. Thanks for testing it. I've added that setting to https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/5760 too.

  2. In the past, we had a way to manually add PNG icons, but it currently doesn't work: https://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/issues/10366
