What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
On Wind Waker, while using the Vulkan backend, if I try to use the picto box/pictograph the game freezes.
Using OpenGL won't cause the issue.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Open Dolphin Emulator.
Start up the game with Vulkan backend.
Pick a random picture in game while using the picto box item.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

EDIT:
The Deluxe Picto Box (the one with which you can take colored pictures to be clear) is fixed.
The problem comes only with the normal Picto Box (the one with which you can take black and white pictures to be clear).

I can confirm that the non deluxe pictobox results in a crash when trying to use it. Tested with the PAL version and the following AR code(to transform the deluxe box into the regular one in my save):
003CC574 00000023
(Thanks to blubberdiblub for the code. 003C4C4C 00000023 is the code for the NTSC-U version. 26 at the end should give you the deluxe box)

I no longer can reproduce this issue (even on Android!) so I'm closing this.
