Description
What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
Instead of the WFS folder being in the Dolphin user folder, allow the user to choose the location of the folder, as is the case with the NAND and sd card folders. This is needed due to the fact that Dragon Quest X and potentially other WFS games are large in size and most people dont want to have to keep all of that data on their boot drive, which is the case by default unless the user has moved their Documents folder (at least in Windows)
