Description

PPSSPP let's you set your own background, which makes it a more personal experience in my opinion.

It would be nice If Dolphin could do the same. If it's possible, of course.

I don't feel like this is something that would be appropriate to add to any of the current GUIs, but I'll leave this issue report open for a little while in case anyone else has a different opinion.

I appreciate that. Even if it's not possible now, It'd be nice to have in the future.

This will make the current UIs look terrible and hinder readability. We can revisit this later if/when Dolphin gets a big picture UI.
