Description

Game Name?
New Super Mario Bros. Wii (and any Rom Hacks for it).

Game ID? (right click the game in the game list, properties, info tab)
SMNE01

MD5 Hash? (right click the game in the game list, properties, info tab, MD5 Hash: Compute)
d042da527c766e76c13db624e3166f43

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
70 times out of 77 when I shake to get Mario to spin he won't spin. I'm using a real Wii Remote and I tried it on 2 Wii Remotes and came up with the same problem.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I don't know. I just have the Wii's Controller Settings set as "Emulate the Wii's Bluetooth adapter", "Real Wii Remote", "Continuous Scanning", "Real Balance Board", and "Background Input".

Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.
Yes and the version is Dolphin 5.0-5392.

Is the issue present in the latest stable version?
Unknown (It won't let me downgrade for some reason).

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)
CPU - i5-4690K
GPU - GTX 960
RAM - 16 GB DDR3 RAM
Motherboard - Gigabyte Z97X-Gaming 7
OS - Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)

I have an HD Texture Pack installed and SweetFX Enabled.

Have you tried Bluetooth passthrough? (the one accurate option that could make a difference and that you haven't tested)

That's another problem within itself, whenever I enable it, it prompts me to open a game in order to sync the Wii remote. When I open a game the game remains black and doesn't load (no yellow text or sweetfx text in the top left corner indicating the game is working). Pressing escape does nothing nor does the stop button or the close button. In order for me to get out of it, I have to Task Manager out of Dolphin. I did not report this problem because I assumed that it has already reported. If not, I will report it as a bug.

Do you have a LibUSB driver installed for your bluetooth? are you sure this isn't one of the hacks that disables the motion controls and binds it to a button?

I have no recollection of installing the driver. (About 5 minutes of formatting a now deleted sentence later, I realize the following) Although I do remember now that the sword in Skyward Sword was not controlled properly and when boxing in Wii Fit I had sometimes some input delay and missed inputs so I think this may be happening in other games as well.

Based on the information you've given, your bluetooth adapter is struggling.

Passthrough mode is our only remedy for it, and even that requires a decent adapter.
