What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

The game doesn't start, only two frames load and it freezes. No panic handlers show up. With External Frame Buffer on Real the "Licensed by Nintendo" shows up but it freezes on frame 59.

Starting the game, with external frame buffer disabled and on real

Yes. 5.0-5477 right now.

Can you show me the game properties page when you right click it? Can you try enabling MMU emulation if it isn't? Make it a checkmark instead of full box.

possibly aram-dma issues based on the loading screens.

I was wrong... it's GPU timings.

Turn on dualcore, turn off syncGPU and it should boot.

Now there's a few other things, like it freezes on cutscenes while recording input, or on gameplay when putting on the night vision visor, or after advancing a little on the first mision. Should I make a diferent issue for those while testing things?

Actually it seems that MMU causes those freezes.

Nope, I was wrong. Either recording input or save states at the very start causes that, if I start recording input on the mission it doesn't have problems.

Record Input on startup forces deterministic GPU emulation, which is the same as single core for timings, that's all.

One last thing.

I've never had a big desync problem with audio and frame dumps with dolphin, but with this game there's been a few big loading times with no frames advancing, so the video dump is the same, but the audio dump keeps recording and is being filled with long empty spaces on these spots.

is that related to the settings for this game? Thanks

Fixed by PR 10218 - this is a similar bug to Speed Challenge.
