What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
Stuttering occurs only after first run when using CDAMJC's Super Mario Galaxy 2 HD Textures.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Delete the shaders in Cache\Shaders\ directory
Run Super Mario Galaxy 2 in 1080p (DX11, 3x resolution, 8x MSAA, 16x AF, Ubershaders Exclusive Mode, Load Custom Textures). Prefetch Custom Textures can be ON or OFF for this stuttering.
The game will first precompile the shaders.
The game will go into the intro with no stuttering.
End emulation.
Re-run Super Mario Galaxy 2 with the exact same settings.
The game will stutter throughout the intro.

Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue?
I have a feeling it's the load time of the HD textures. So when the game loads the first time, while the shaders are compiling, the textures get loaded. Is there a way to always delay the start of the game, while all the HD textures load?

- Status changed from New to Won't fix
After some deliberation, we've decided that adding another option for this probably isn't worth the hassle. If you can think of a good way to add this as an option without making it confusing (people reporting their game isn't loading, extra GUI options, etc.) then feel free to resubmit. As it is, we can't think of a good way to do this while textures load. Some people probably would rather the game boot, and others would rather it be smooth while they preload. For most packs, they should preload before reaching gameplay.
