Can't delete a Wii Shop account due to invalid Serial Number

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
When I was required to enter the Wii's SN to confirm the account deletion, the process failed with the valid Wii's SN.
It worked on the real Wii on the other hand.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Access the Wii Shop Channel.
- Select "Settings" from the list of options.
- Select "Remove Wii Shop Channel Account".
- Enter the Wii console's Serial Number using the Wii Keyboard, and select "OK".
It should fail on Dolphin and succeed on Wii.
Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.
Tested on 5.0-5569 (pull/6075)

I don't know.
