What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Dolphin freezes while playing Just Dance 2017 and connecting a second Wiimote.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Start Dolphin with the following configurations:
- "Continuous Scanning" enabled and
- "Wii Remote 1" and "Wii Remote 2" both as "Real Wiimote".
2. Load Just Dance 2017.
3. Connect Wiimote 1 (pressing "1+2").
4. Connect Wiimote 2 (pressing "1+2").

Expected results: Wiimote 2 will connect and gameplay will continue.
Current results: Connect Wiimote 2 will freeze Dolphin (required to be killed).

Yes. Version tested: 7e7b5af

Works fine if using a Dolphinbar.
