Description
If I hit the back button and lose progress one more time I'm going to throw my phone out the window and it's a very expensive phone and I'd rather not do that.
Please add a "Are you sure you to close emulation," popup or maybe even an option to disable the back button while you're in emulation. The One Plus 5 is so sensitive with the home/back buttons that I hit them a lot while trying to reach over and hit the touchscreen.

Yeah, this should be high priority. Nobody wants to accidentally lose progress.

Confirm on Stop should fix this issue but setting the INI option currently does nothing.
