RS3: Rebel Strike GFX FIFO: Unknown Opcode

Description
Running 5.0-5944, cleared all of my configs & folder because I couldn't get it to run.
Backend: Direct3D11
CPU: i7 4770k @ 3.5
GPU: 1050GTX
RAM: 16GB
Found converted Gecko codes broke the game on start mainly Invincibility and Infinite Secondary from multiple sources.
I thought there was a specific setting I had to adjust for it to happen, but no.
It's random. Mainly the first few minutes, but definitely when you try to get into your profile.
Basically the same as #9845 which brought me here.

Disabling panic handlers and error messages gets rid of the problem.

Not really. You're still getting the errors. It just ignores them and keeps going.
Can you please bisect this against 5.0 stable?

Which build exactly is the stable "5.0" build?
I can't seem to find any "stable" build using the bisect tool so I just set it 5.0-9 - 5.0-6022
