What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
Dialog text is not rendered correctly unless Texture Cache Accuracy is set to Safe.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Start title, wait forever for it's intro to finish, observe the dead body. Some characters / text should be missing in the dialogs, for me it seems to always be the final few characters.

Not all of these require the Safe setting, but there are 299 titles requiring Texture Cache Accuracy adjustments currently listed on the wiki...
