Android: Add "Set as default ISO" to UI

This setting is needed for Gecko OS interaction. Perhaps put it somewhere in the game properties menu?

No, it's not needed for using Gecko OS. You can use Change Disc instead. (Not that that actually has been implemented on Android yet...) But this is a valid request anyway.

Now that the long-press menu for games has been redone, "Set as default ISO" would be a great addition to this menu.
