Description

On Android I've encountered #10663. I need to install IOS 36 to use Gecko OS. On Windows, I would use "Install WAD" to do this. Let me know if there's another way to do this. If not, I'll probably move my Android dolphin-emu folder to Windows, Install WAD there, and move it back to Android.

Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.
