Description

There seems to be a problem with the Auto aspect ratio setting. Probable regression related to the hybrid XFB feature? Using builds downloadable from dolphin-emu.org, it happens with 5.0-5874 (latest commit "Hybrid xfb"). Doesn't seem to happen with 5.0-5833. Still happens with 5.0-6184.

I'm using the Direct3D 11 backend on an AMD FirePro W5100 graphics card.

There are occasional display glitches when aspect ratio is set to Auto. It seems Dolphin mis-detects a frame as being of a different aspect ratio. Thus for that frame, the image is squashed horizontally (vs 16:9 for all other frames). If I set aspect ratio to 16:9 there is no glitching. When not in full-screen mode, the window size may spontaneously increase when a glitch happens.

There are a few games that can do this. I think we have an issue report setup for the heuristic but, I can't seem to find it.

I just noticed that (on 5.0-6184) enabling "Immediately Present XFB" seems to fix the problem.
