Android: Configuration changes (other than screen rotation) in any settings menu crash app

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Open any settings menu
- Rotate screen
- Observe crash

I learned about logcat and I think it identified the error associated with this issue. I assume I should provide logcat information when possible for future issues?

5.0-10774 added a mitigation that makes it not crash when rotating the screen, but it still crashes on other configuration changes, so I'm keeping this issue open.

I'm not sure what you mean by "other configuration changes" but I can't reproduce the rotation crash anymore.
Probably (truly) fixed by https://dolphin-emu.org/download/dev/18ba1fd723f20ac29ac7dce8686382169fc50ccb/
FYI, the above commit doesn't fix #10770

An example of a different configuration change would be changing the system language of the device. A complete list of possible configuration changes is available at https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/manifest/activity-element.html#config
5.0-11125 does not fix anything regarding rotation in the settings activity, only the emulation activity.
