Wii U Gamecube Adapter Not Working on OSX High Sierra

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

The Wii U Gamecube Adapter is not being detected when plugged in. I've tried using different USB ports as well as various versions of dolphin, including 5.0 as well as the most recent test build (5.0-6286). I've tried reinstalling the drivers posted online and it is still not working.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Plug in Wii U adapter into mac and launch dolphin. Check whether or not the adapter is being detected.

Can you post a link to the exact "drivers posted online"? There's one that doesn't work with High Sierra and one that does. (Both are currently linked to on https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=How_to_use_the_Official_GameCube_Controller_Adapter_for_Wii_U_in_Dolphin)

I managed to get it working. I had to uninstall and reinstall the driver. Not sure why this happened, but at least it works now
