Description

After computing MD5, it would be convenient if Dolphin stated if the dump matches a known MD5 or not. CleanRip does this.

This is WAY harder than you might think. Unless a database is really strict (redump), the database will often be wrong (gametdb). We don't want to tell users their perfectly good dump is wrong! Redump is super strict and accurate, but it only makes its gamecube database open to the public; I know it has a wii database but to my knowledge it's still WIP and is not accessible whatsoever to the public. Even after we find a good database, there is also a lot of infrastructure work to access those databases and allow dolphin builds to access that data on the fly.

So um, yea, that is just a quick overview, but this is hard.

I didn't realize that redump's Wii database is difficult to access. Although this would definitely be a beneficial feature, I agree that it is low priority.
