Likely all games, tested with:
Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Star Fox: Assault

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

No video output occasionally on game start. Usually these games don't have video problems. Only occurs on Android. The problem occurs too inconsistently to make a reproduction scenario. Possibly more likely to occur if Dolphin is recalled from background programs and played until completing one match in Brawl. I'll update the issue if I find a reproducible scenario. I did manage to capture a log from when the problem occurred. It can be compared to the log from the next issue I'm about to make to determine if any errors are relevant to this problem.
