[Android] Adreno 540 - OpenGL Mario Kart Wii Visual Issue

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
There's a black translucent rectangle that occupies 1/4 of the screen, similar to the blue rectangle but it appears regardless of the settings.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Start the game
Select a game mode, your character, circuit and then play.
Ingame, there will appear a translucent black rectangle, the things inside it will look blurry as well.
Some circuits are unaffected by both blue rectangle and black rectangle issue. All in mushroom cup, some of the flower, almost all in the shell and some of the banana cup

N/A - No Stable Build
--- Duplicate of previous issue. Re-added due to previous issue being marked as duplicate for being intended for Windows 7. I do not believe this is the case for Android. Vulkan cannot be used due to crashing.

Can't reproduce on 5.0-12734 so this is likely a graphics driver issue, although I tested with the NTSC-U version. I won't close this issue in case another dev has interest in fixing it though.
