DolphinWX and DolphinQT2 currently cannot "see" newly created normal Wii banner files.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Obtain Wii/VC game that isn't already indexed in your game list
2. Launch game, so a banner file is created
3. Close game and refresh the game list

Bug is still present as of 5.0-6727.

No.
