Wish: Issue tracker defaults - latest development build, sizing, template categories

Description
Since latest dev builds move so fast, would it make sense changing the naming into "recent development build" or something.
And setting a larger default description box, it's very thin by default, the default template is much longer.
What about bug report type profiles, like that I could choose a default template on different types whether it's a DEVENV (build, debug) or GAME or CORE or GUI issue

Infact, I'll reverse my opinion to make up for this. I will now suggest now that an extra or replacing wording be added to check the activity/changes and possibly with a link to the public dev build releases page where the titles and descriptions of the changes can be quickly reviewed.
Infact I was making sure to check the activity previously, I merely tried to avoid downloading/merging newest release in a middle of when it didn't look like the changes were about the issue subject.
I unfortunately failed today afternoon. Please excuse me, it was a busy week with the whole fresh setup on fresh win10, the recent VS updates, and there was a storm just earlier, it's going to settle down now, I'll take a break from dolphin for the weekend at least.

No. Test the latest at the time. It's literally never happened that an issue was merged during the time it was being filed.

That's a lot of work for an irrelevant thing.

No. We already preface a lot of issues with the category and that works just fine in searches.
Also, the issue tracker isn't here for your mostly bad ideas. Spew that onto the forums if you have to.
