EFB Real is very slow in certain games

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Wind Waker is the worst, 60 fps hack, 15fps real
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Full speed
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Slowness has been around for 150-200 revs. now.

This is odd, you're talking about slowdowns, i just tested and i have
53 fps with EFB to OGL(hack) in hard place
49 fps with EFB to RAM(real)
the difference beetween real and hack in ZTP even less it's only 2-3 fps for me
but yea, i ever wanted to EFB to RAM was fast as hack

I have ATI.
I see slowdowns in 32-bit, but NOT in 64-bit.

Can't test 64bit, but i know in revs more or less before r3000, both real and hack are
the same fps in WW.

Whatever's been fixed it's much much better now, using r3774, i experience a 10fps drop
more or less in most games when enabling real efb.

I believe you and we SHOULD get a drop, just not as big as you initially did when
opening the issue. So I'll close this issue.
