QT: Log window doesn't always scroll with new entries

Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Maximize Dolphin
  2. Run emulation (tested with Super Smash Bros. Brawl)
  3. Drag Dolphin (not the emulation window) and snap it to the right half of your screen.
  4. Snap the emulation window to the left half of your screen.
  5. Observe that the Log window won't scroll with new entries.
