What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

When moving between the main menu options while the 16:9 mode is enabled, the aspect ratio constantly flashes and changes. Some parts of the menu flicker harder than others.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Enable the Auto aspect ratio option in Dolphin. Go to the in-game settings, enable the 16:9 mode and then move around the menu.
