Emulator is extremely slow (<1 FPS) on macOS Mojave DP2 only if the game window is focused

2. Game will run extremely slowly
3. Change focus to a different window
4. Game runs at normal speed

When I disconnect all controllers, focused performance is more like 6 FPS instead of 0 FPS.
