What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

In any of the painting games, the paint doesn't show up and makes the minigames unplayable. Tried to play with Direct3D 11, Direct3D 12, and OpenGL, and the same problem persists.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Entering the "games" section after going to the title screen and playing either the "Paint Trim" or "Paint yourself into a corner" minigame will demonstrate how it is just not possible to draw paint onto the wall. I'm not necessarily sure if this a limitation with Dolphin or a bug, so I figured I would post it.

Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.

Yes, Dolphin 5.0-8516

Is the issue present in the latest stable version?

Yes, Dolphin 5.0

If the issue isn't present in the latest stable version, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Windows users can use the tool https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-green-notice-development-thread-unofficial-dolphin-bisection-tool-for-finding-broken-builds and anyone who is building Dolphin on their own can use git bisect.)

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

i7 6700K @4.0GHz
Gigabyte GTX 980 4GB DDR5
32GB of DDR4 RAM
Windows 10 (latest update)

Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)

Not really, but I did notice that other games have an issue with drawing minigames as well, like in Wario Ware, several drawing games just don't draw to the screen, or are extremely laggy.

I attached a screenshot from each game and what is supposed to happen in both minigames and a screenshot of what it looks like through Dolphin.

Try unchecking Store EFB Copies to Texture Only in the Graphics Hacks Menu prior to the minigames and see if that works.
