Memory Card Manager (GC) has annoying scrolling behavior

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
In the GameCube Memory Card Manager, if you open a memory card with lots of saves then multi-select several titles by clicking and dragging, your horizontal scroll gets set in ways that are both annoying and frustrating.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
When multi-selecting titles, the horizontal scrolling happens when your mouse moves from one column to another - for example, from "Banner" to "Title". The horizontal scroll then adjusts so the column you moved into is left-aligned.
Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.

Is the issue present in the latest stable version?
No. Latest stable version didn't support multi-selecting titles.
If the issue isn't present in the latest stable version, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Windows users can use the tool https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-green-notice-development-thread-unofficial-dolphin-bisection-tool-for-finding-broken-builds and anyone who is building Dolphin on their own can use git bisect.)
Issue first appeared in 5.0-6257, where the GameCube Memory Card Manager was added to DolphinQt. Issue was never present in DolphinWx.

Editing to say this also happens if you just click on a single save in any column but the leftmost one - no multi-selecting needed. So if you're scrolled all the way left, "Banners" is on the left - if you then select a game by clicking its title, it'll scroll so "Title" is left-aligned.
