Discord Rich Presence breaks when launching games from the Wii Menu.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Load up the Wii Menu
2) Load any game
3) Check currently played game, it will say Wii Menu (0000000100000002)

Well yeah, you launched the system menu. That's how it's supposed to work now.
Keeping track of title changes would be an additional feature.
