The game as a border on the bottom and right screen, going into graphic setting and out again, it disappears but
reappears during level change.

As soon as the game starts it appears.
It happens on all Dolphin versions.

It's possible this is rendered in the garbage area of the game. Try turning on crop.

I'm almost positive it does not happen on real Gamecube, having play it for a while back then. I may be able to try again and take a picture of it in a few weeks, on year's end at most...

Please keep in mind that if you want to show it by taking a picture of a TV, it must be a modern TV with overscan disabled. CRTs won't do.
Alternatively, it's possible to capture a frame using a capture card.

Didn't the Vertex Rounding hack address similar issues in a few titles?

FYI, I just noticed that the exact same thing happens on the Following title, TimeSplitters: Future Perfect. At least on the french version (G3FF69)
