SD-Gecko support for Dolphin

Description
I know that someone else created the same ticket before me (https://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/issues/8114), but it was changed to won't fix by JMC4789, because he wrote:"After over three years, I think it's safe to say no one showed any interest in this.". But I want it too, so I created this ticket, because I'm interested in it. However I know that this feature won't have a high priority.

Unless you're planning on actually implementing it, an issue report won't do anything, that's why I closed the issue. It was just sitting around. I would love SD Gecko support too for shenanigans.

I'd love to write "challenge accepted", but I can't program and that's why I won't do it myself, but if I would know how to implement this, I think I would do that.

Well we can all collaborate or at least spread the word to advent youtubers. they just don't see it as a priority currently
